Purchase of a property for our church.


Background 

I, Kimberly Marie Vazquez, better known as ‘Ki’, began forming All Love United Church of Healing Arts Inc with my partner Anita Mikac, in July of 2020.

We have devoted our lives to love and self-mastery through our ministry. We serve and educate the community as a living prayer, restoring ancient/indigenous ways of the Earth with integrative ceremonies, healing modalities, counseling and creative expression.

On this journey we have been learning the ways of the medicine through different tribes, cultures, traditions and practices. Through our global travels, we teach ways to heal and embody deep truth.
 

Current Day (2025)

Our community has grown into a beautiful family, and we are ready to ground and grow! Purchasing a land for our church allows us to serve more people and create a lasting home and temple for generations to come.

In our ceremonies we have been shown time and time again (with a recent increase in frequency and intensity) that the vision Creator and Mother Earth has bestowed upon us is ready to ground into the physical realm. The medicines we carry quite literally are asking for a space that will be a magnetic hub for those seeking to come into balanced alignment with their ancestors, their purpose in life and the world.

The time has come for All Love United Church of Healing Arts Inc (ALUCHA) to ground into its first property and we have found a beautiful 5.6 acre space to start!

We’ve prayed so much for this moment; we’ve been researching and putting the pieces into place and in so many divinely orchestrated ways it is coming together in such sweet harmony.

The next step is undeniably up to YOU (kind strangers, our congregation, friends and family). There’s no getting past this fact: as a church we need your help to transform in this monumental way.

So allow us to introduce you to the land, the mission and the vision…


The Land

After visiting several properties that had some of the elements we were looking for, but they did not quite capture our hearts, we received the following message from the medicine, “don’t settle”.

And then we found this property in Dade City, FL!

The house is in a gorgeous equestrian neighborhood full of huge houses on 5-20 acre ranches, it’s so picturesque, there might even be potential to purchase adjacent lots in the future! There are local farmer’s markets and signs selling produce from neighbors. It’s less than an hour’s drive to Tampa International Airport, 1.5hrs to Orlando International Airport. 45 miles to the West Coast beaches, approximately 1 hour to Tampa and St. Petersburg. 45min to Weeki Wachee Springs, and about an hour to Homosassa Springs, Rainbow Springs and Silver Springs.

The lawn is beautifully maintained, with grape vines, and young avocado, papaya and fig trees in the backyard. Mature Oak trees dripping with moss throughout the property, zoned Agricultural so we are free to have livestock such as goats, chickens, cows and even horses if we so choose!

The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, and several common rooms. It has well water with a brand new filtration system that was installed this year!

What makes this property especially rare and amazing is that it also includes 3 additional buildings! One of these is a 960 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a spacious kitchen and living room.

Another 960 sq ft building offers potential for conversion into additional living space; however, for us, it would be ideal as a multi-use space for ceremonies, events, or studio purposes (gym, music recording, art), as well as any other types of gatherings we can dream up.

The third building is a 2,000 sq ft concrete barn featuring a large workshop, high ceilings, and two storage rooms. In the past, it was used as a garage that accommodated up to 6 cars. This could easily be converted into horse stables, animal shelter, or another multi-use event space—the possibilities are endless!


The Mission
 
ALUCHA is dedicated to the restoration of sacred ritual within the ceremony of life. From birth, death, to coming of age and more, our rituals and practices are a way of life for us. We honor all Earth-based indigenous/occult spirituality as One no matter what its Earthly origin. The ceremony of life is a perpetual study of evolution and presence. We are guided by the endless fabric of our ancestors, allies, the Holy Masters and the sacred messengers of Mother Earth. Our mission is to bridge the collective consciousness with a state of deep remembrance of the divine Creator that resides within and all around each of us in every moment. At ALUCHA we unite in community, with the ancient practices of ascension, to harmonize the disempowered matrix influencing the collective consciousness. Every moment of life is a living prayer.


The Vision

The church envisions a space large enough to do prayer circle; song and drum circles; book clubs; dietas; ceremonies; fasting; detoxes; celebrations; women’s and men’s circles; inipis; tipi ceremonies; gardening; sustainability, leadership, gardening and crafting workshops; raising livestock (chickens, rabbits, goats, etc.); meditation; movement modalities; art projects; etc.

This will be a space where apprentice community members will be able to live (short and long term). Here they will be provided with a lifestyle emersion (work, prayer, dietas, healing) which will facilitate an embodiment into their most empowered self.

We will provide weekend, private and multi day/retreat style ceremonies and healing immersions throughout the year.

We will have the amenities necessary to facilitate and host weddings and other celebrations for our congregation as well as select events for the community at large.

We will offer accommodation for various teachers and elders to provide traditional wisdom and services.

The property will be a blueprint for the harmonious fusion between land stewardship, self sustainability, and prayerful intentionality. Every aspect will be considered with prayerful attention to detail. All of the spaces will be created through meditative presence as each will be a part of this living breathing temple.

All Love United Church of Healing Arts is a recognized charity and at this time we welcome all donations in order to secure the above property (market value: $380,000).
