Pat Dettman is an amazing man with a heart of gold that needs our communities help... As a coach to so many here at Wasatch High, and a devoted father of four, Pat has been diagnosed with ALS, a terminal illness, that is currently progressing.

There has been an outpouring of help and support to facilitate home renovations to accommodate wheelchair access. Now, there is a great need to get a vehicle to allow transportation to all of the medical appointments and day to day obligations that can't be done in a normal vehicle. These are expensive, and with loss of employment, medical bills transportation to get Pat safely to and from doctor's appointments, we stepped in to head this fundraiser.

Mountainland Auto Sales has fronted the funds and acquired a upfitted mobility van that should arrive around Christmas This will help their family maintain obligations and medical requirements and get them through this trial with an outpouring of love from our community. Mountainland will start off the donations with a $5,000.00 chip in and will help fill in the gaps as we go forward, but we are reaching out hoping for all the support you can share. We love this community and all we can do when we band together for a great cause. This is a great cause! Lets give this family a Christmas they need.
