Why are we raising money: To update our home at 1019 Ridge Dr.
Where will the money go:
A List
- Landscaping
-Painting the exterior and interior of the home
-Replace carpeting
-Refinish staircase
-Cleaning supplies
-Window washing inside and out
-Repair front doors and replace hardware/lighting
-Exterminator
B List
-Replace basement ceiling tiles
-Replace great room furniture and rugs
-Minor esthetic repairs throughout the house
When do we need these funds: NOW! Move in is mid August and formal recruitment begins September 21st.
How will this impact Alpha Sigma Alpha, BP: It will increase our home’s value, attract potential new members, and hopefully active members will want to move in and live in the home for a minimum of two years.
This house is the center of so many wonderful memories for all of us. Let's do what it takes to restore it and make it beautiful again so we can all enjoy it for many years to come!
