a 27-year old special needs school teacher murder by two Blackout Security and Investigation Special Police Officers on November 1, 2015, that resulted in a non-indictment in October 2016. I have been unwavering in my fight advocating for justice for my son. I also advocate for all victims of police brutality and gun violence and is the founder of Circle Of Love And Support (COLAS) a grief and healing support group that meets monthly.
Sadly, as I am dealing with the traumatic loss of my only son and fighting for his justice relentlessly, I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic kidney cancer. The diagnosis did not stop me from advocating for victims. I continued to speak out against police brutality and gun violence until I underwent major surgery on October 9th to remove my left kidney which I am recovering from and currently receiving extensive on-going cancer treatment.
I am retired federal disability employee. I had plans to return to work. Unfortunately, the recent cancer diagnosis did not make that possible. At this time, I am in dire restraints and in need of financial assistance. Any help would be greatly appreciated and will aid in the success of my recovery and treatment. Please open your heart to donate and keep me in your prayers.
My slogan has always been "Until my last breath, I will fight relentlessly for justice for my son and all victims of police brutality."
Thank you in advance for your donations, prayers and support!
