Alonzo, Doneisha, and Baby Girl Olivia

On September 13th 2025 our world changed forever. We lost 3 young and beautiful souls to a horrific and tragic series of events. At this time we are dumbfounded, heart broken, and so very confused. We are asking for any help and assistance to get our family members back home to the family and to give them the burial and funeral that these angels deserve.

Sept. 13 homicide investigation

At 7:26 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, Georgetown Emergency Communications received a call reporting deceased persons inside an apartment in the 300 block of Luther Drive. Officers arrived on scene at 7:33 p.m. and located three individuals who had each been shot multiple times. The deceased have been identified as Alonzo Hawkins, 34; Doneisha Brooks, 39; and Olivia Brooks, 8.

This is an active homicide investigation. At this stage, evidence indicates the suspect was known to the victims. A person of interest has been identified, and efforts are underway to locate this individual whose whereabouts are currently unknown. The department is working to ensure the safety of the community while this investigation continues.
