Hi friends this is Dave Hall writting to ask for your help to secure donations for our friend and brother Alonso.  

Last Friday Alonso went into Severe hypoglycemia, or Diabetic shock and is now in ICU in Managua Nicaragua for the past 3 days.  It is our goal to raise funds to help pay for the hospital charges.  The current charges are $6,000.00 and they don't expect him to be out of ICU until Monday June 12, 2017.   

Alonso's mom and Tia arrive today in Nicaragua from Costa Rica to be by his side in this challenging time.  I pleed for you to share this message with everyone you know so we can help cover the burden of these expenses so our brother can worry about recovery.

Alonso does not have medical insurance, we don't want him to have to worry about medical bills or payment of the hospital stay so lets make this happen for him and his family.

Everyone this is an urgent cry for help and hope we can exceed the goal to ensure our friend recovers without feeling finanial burden or stress.
