As many of you know, my son Alonso was recently diagnosed with a splenic lesion/tumor. We've been struggling through this challenging diagnosis, working closely with his doctors, going where they tell us, seeing all the different specialists, and doing every test they order. We have had several ultrasounds, 2 CT scans with contrast, and X-rays. He's had blood drawn every week since his diagnosis and has been in pain daily from the growth.

Unfortunately, I have exhausted my savings to cover the medical bills that the insurance won't pay and all the extra expenses that come with going to and from the specialists for the different appointments and tests. The road ahead of us is long, and the treatments will be costly. I don't ask for help lightly, but I've realized we can't do this alone.
