“Aloni is a sweet 15 year old Watertown High School sophomore with a big heart and a sharp sense of humor who was looking forward to many typical exciting firsts like getting her drivers license and her first job, but whose recent life-changing diagnosis of osteosarcoma (bone cancer) has put all of her life plans on hold while she undergoes extensive cancer treatment. Instead of going to school with friends or enjoying weekend hikes with her dogs and family, she will spend a year undergoing intensive chemotherapy and surgery to battle her cancer diagnosis. While the journey will be long and difficult , Aloni is strong and a fighter, and with the loving support of her family, friends and congregation, together they will fight with her and for her so she can resume her life cancer free and enjoy a bright future full of promise and hope. Her time is so precious, A year of chemotherapy and surgery will place a financial burden on the family.
