UPDATE! 07/06/2026: So guess who is back on the table as I'm typing this? Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, Curie needs yet another dental, and is in the process of getting it. I don't have the bill yet but the estimate was between over $900 and $1500.

Your donations last year saved my bacon, but I must once again reach out. I've just started working a second job, and I'm about to be working six days a week. My hope is that by the end of the summer, I'll make enough to pay down my credit card for various living expenses. This wasn't one I'd counted on. So any amount at all is going to be a huge help.

BUT! There's good news: We know what's been causing her tooth problems (finally). This dental will hopefully fix her mouth to where she doesn't need further extractions for a long while, and we've already begun weening her from her old food to a new food that'll be better for her teeth and bones. So hopefully we won't have to do this again!

Original: Hello, my name is Kim, aka Maqqy96, and this is my very expensive (but still sweet) princess, Curie. This year, during a routine check-up, it was discovered that she had a tooth broken at the gum line, the top left fang tooth. Likely in pain, we made sure to rush her into getting the quickest appointment for a dental extraction. I'm happy to report that she made it through with flying colors, and is back to pushing items off my desk in order to head-butt me.

I, however, have yet to recover financially. This has been a rough year, and her dental extraction ended up falling at the worst time possible for me. As such, my credit card is building interest on this procedure, and I have no way to pick up more work currently. So I'm putting this here in the hopes of paying off the worst of the damages.

In return for reaching goals, I am willing to lavish you all with photos and videos of my precious princess, who is surprisingly difficult to photograph. But I will get it done in return for your generosity!
