This feels a little scary to write because I’m not someone who usually asks for help. I’ve always tried to work hard and make things happen on my own. Over the past months, I’ve been juggling four jobs to save for a dream trip I’ve been planning. Travel has always been a huge goal of mine: to experience new places, meet people from all walks of life, and grow in ways you just can’t by staying in one place.

But in trying to push through, I burned myself out. Recently I had to quit one of my jobs because I was reaching the edge of exhaustion, and while it was the right decision for my health, it’s set me back financially. With just under 3 weeks left until my planned departure, I’m close to my goal but not quite there.
