I know it's a little self-propagating to start your own 'Go Fund Me' but I've just had a stroke . . . and knee surgery (for the second time) . . . and I have Crohn's disease, and joint problems. And only about 10% of people make a full recovery from a stroke - yet somehow, I'm sitting here typing away at this.
I can't drive for the next month; can't work for the next month, and don't yet know what life is going to look like that beyond that - literally or financially. I'm aware of how perilous things like my driving licence are right now, and I didn't have a continency for what happened if I had a a stroke, and I'm terrified about the future - even if it's just the short term.
I have myriad hospital appointments (millions), and I have to just somehow fit that in with life.
Most people have no idea what it's like to lose their health (or lose control of their brain), and we probably all take it for granted. It's hard work getting back to normal brain function - trust me.
I'm making this page. If anyone wants to donate, that would be great, but a like or a share would also be amazing. I'm just super grateful to anyone for any support at the moment.
I can't believe I'm in this situation, but I am. Any help would be much appreciated.
Fund will be used to support me in the meantime. Thanks.
