Almeda Fire Residents - CPM Real Estate Services

We are extremely saddened by the loss suffered by all residents in our community.  It has really hit residents at CPM Real Estate Services, Inc.  The Almeda fire ripped through many properties we manage.  In some cases completely destroying three mobile home parks, a 30 unit apartment building and more.  There are some people who do not have insurance and have lost everything.   We want to do what we can to help them during this incredibly difficult time.  CPM is going to start with $10,000 in this gofundme made to help these residents.  We estimate there are a little over 350 homes destroyed under management.  Our goal of $75,000 is to help provide financial support for these residents for basic necessities, such as food, temporary housing, clothing, etc. as many have lost everything. No matter the amount, it all helps and will make a difference in letting these residents know how much they mean to our community.  The beneficiaries of this fund will be the residents of Coleman Creek Estates Manufactured Home Park.  CPM has managed this manufactured home park for many years and many of the residents did not have insurance.  We will deposit the funds directly into an account set up at People's Bank of Commerce in the name of CPM Real Estate Services, Inc. Almeda Fire Gofundme.  We will purchase visa gift cards for the residents at Coleman Creek and have the residents come pick up the gift cards.
