This is my sister, Ally Milligan. She passed away unexpectedly around Sept. 13-15 and was finally found on Sept. 16. Her death is under investigation in Nebraska, where she lived.

We are raising money to cover the funeral expenses and travel expenses due to her death being out of state. My sister was a funny and caring person who cared for many friends, family, and strangers alike. Volunteering her time to help others was something she really enjoyed.
