Currently, there are about 140 Allvue employees directly impacted by the Russian military action in Ukraine.

 

As a company, Allvue has already provided, and will continue to provide, corporate financial support for our colleagues impacted in the region.

 

We have also received a tremendous outpouring of support from Allvue colleagues worldwide asking how they can personally assist.

 

In response to that outpouring of support, we have established this campaign to coordinate employee donations and facilitate efficient collection and disbursement of funds directly to our impacted colleagues.

 

Important to note:

-- Allvue will match dollar for dollar 100% of employee contributions to this fund

-- Paul Wasinger, Allvue's CFO, will initiate withdrawal of funds from the GoFundMe account to a U.S. bank account and then transfer by wire the funds to Sergii Pomazan, Allvue's Director of Software Delivery and one of our senior leaders in Ukraine 

-- Under Sergii's direction, all funds collected and matched by the Company, will be disbursed by Sergii directly to impacted Allvue Ukrainian employees to assist with costs related to evacuation from Ukraine and emergency relocation to Poland, including transportation, health care, housing, food aid, and other emergency necessities.
