I am scheduled to make a visit to Haiti soon to provide necessary clinical care to one of the many underprivileged communities on the island. I will be serving as a member of a healthcare team of 20-25 clinicians featuring physical therapists, prosthetists, orthotists, nurses, physician assistants, and wound care specialists. My immeasurable passion behind physical therapy, my own clinical skills, and altruism have summoned me to partake in this promising opportunity. My motto is that there's true greatness in serving others, and I am taking yet another opportunity to exemplify this. As you could imagine, this opportunity comes with financial responsibility. Thus, I have a monetary goal to meet in order to support the financial demands of this trip. My goal is to raise $1800 in 2 months (the trip is May 20-29).
