#AllOfUs Emergency Response Fund

Donation protected
#AllOfUs Redundancy Care Campaign  is a ground-breaking and unprecedented initiative that has been developed from the urgent need to support our Black, Asian, ethnically diverse and migrant colleagues in the cultural sector who are at high risk of redundancies, or who have already lost work because of COVID-19.

They are people working across the UK arts scene as ushers and administrators, in learning and participation and box office roles, and as creatives and craftspeople. The very roles now under threat of redundancy.

We know colleagues who have already lost work, been laid off or seen a significant reduction to their income. Many are struggling with basic survival as a consequence - rent, bills and essentials such as food and travel - and all in the midst of a global pandemic that is disproportionately impacting Black, Asian, ethnically diverse and migrant communities.

#AllOfUs is calling on cultural leaders from across the sector and on everyone who values the arts to personally support this campaign to ensure we don't lose the gains we've made over the last 20 years in diversifying our workforce. Your donation will directly support those in financial crisis, suffering from anxiety and needing practical skills to go back to work.

#AllOfUs will present a series of programmes starting with #HereToStay in August. This will be a 4-week package of practical support to help upskill and empower workers who face employment uncertainty to regain their confidence in the workplace. Recipients will get financial assistance, coaching, mentoring, masterclasses, plus CV and application guidance, delivered by a team of senior arts professionals with a wealth of experience. The programme is open to people working across all art forms, including theatre, music, dance, comedy, museums and galleries.

Join us in showing our diverse workforce that they are valued and wanted - the arts cannot afford to lose them!
