Allison Kalt is a renowned dark sky photographer in the Gold Country area in California. She is well known for stunning images of the night sky and Milky Way in Nevada County’s most iconic locations.

What she is less known for are her chronic health issues. Allie suffers from EDS, dysautonomia, and other sub conditions of which are debilitating. Her case of these are so severe that she is seeking specialized treatment at the Clinic For Complex Neurology in Phoenix, Arizona - one of only two clinics in the country who specializes in Allie’s conditions.

The cost for an initial appointment alone is $5K so that’s all we are hoping to raise for now, although we made need additional help in the future. Y’all!!!! We made our initial goal!!! And much faster than anticipated. Thank you to everyone who has donated thus far; from the bottom of our hearts, every dollar is life changing and we are so grateful for it. Alli is my best friend and being able to help her get care has been everything to me.

All of that being said, we are raising the goals. Alli’s conditions are complex and will require follow up appointments. The faster we can collect money, the sooner we can get consistent care for her.
