Hello, my name is Shaun, as many of you know my friend Allison died last Thursday and I made a promise to her that I would attend her funeral. My car also needs replacing and I just don't have the money for flights and accommodation to attend. The funeral is in the USA and I'm trying to find the cheapest way to fly and stay so I can fulfil my promise and say goodbye to my friend who was such a huge part of my life for a long time.

It was suggested that I set up a gofundme to raise the money to pay for this trip.

Any and all money will be accounted for in full and anything left will be donated to a charity or charities close to her heart. (Women's shelter, diabetes, cancer research) The funds will be used to cover flights and accommodation and some basic costs (food and travel) while I am over there.
