Allie's Journey - #alliestrong

On July 13, 2017, my sister and best friend, Allison, was diagnosed with stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma, a form of breast cancer.  Those of you who know Allie, are already aware of how strong and resilient she is.  She has gracefully accepted this challenge and has been working with her doctors to come up with the best treatment plan available. This will include several rounds of chemotherapy that she starts tomorrow, and then in January she will have to make the difficult decision to have a lumpectomy or mastectomy.  In the year ahead my hope is that Allie and her husband, Greg, will be able to focus solely on restoring her health and giving their all to kick this cancer without concern for mounting medical expenses.  Allie and our family would greatly appreciate any help you can offer as we join her in this fight.  More than anything, we ask you to send her positive thoughts and prayers for strength and healing.  We will update as more information is gathered during this journey ahead.
