Hello … we are a group of friends who live in Emerald Lake in Punta Gorda, Florida and are neighbors of Art & Shelly. Artie has had some serious medical issues over the last two years that have devastated them financially. They have recently learned that Artie will require some specialized surgery at a facility located out of the state of Florida.
