ALL Heartist Fund

In response to the unprecedented impact COVID-19 is having on our hotels, and most importantly, our people – many of you have asked how you can help. We are more grateful than ever for the incredible community of friends and family which surround our hotels across North & Central America. Your thoughtfulness and care has touched our hearts – your kind words, positive thoughts and continued loyalty mean more to our Heartists than you will ever know.

The ALL Heartist Fund was created to provide critical financial support to those members of our Accor family hit hardest by the COVID-19 crisis. To date, grants have helped to buy food and groceries, secure housing, cover utility bills, and assist with medical expenses for over 5000 families in need.

The fund has received contributions from a COVID-19 special purpose reserve set up by Accor globally, as well as an additional $160,000 contributed by our regional corporate team. Our aim is to contribute an additional $500,000, to assist those people on our team across North & Central America in the greatest need.

We want to ensure that the spirit of hospitality – the focus of taking care of others – also applies to our valued employees who fulfill that mission every single day. 

Update September 2022: Our North & Central America (NCA) fundraiser was created to supplement Accor’s Global ALL Heartist Fund, to provide critical financial support to those members of our Accor family hit hardest by the COVID-19 crisis. Thanks to the generosity of all those who donated, between the two funds, we have been able to support over 5000 Heartists and their families in the North & Central America region.

At this time, because of your generosity, we have money remaining in our NCA ALL Heartist fund. This money will continue to be used to assist Heartists who demonstrate a financial need as a result of COVID-19. However, in order to continue to assist more of our Heartists, we have made the decision to also extend this support to Heartists who are facing financial hardship unrelated to COVID-19, but due to significant life events, including but not limited to an accident, illness or natural disaster.
