Help me alleviate excruciating pain.

Dear People,
I am an average early-middle-aged Australian woman who has discovered that she has a uterine fibroid larger than the uterus itself. In addition, considering my symptoms, it is likely that I have adenomyosis, as well as endometriosis that has spread to my ovaries.
While I am generally very good with pain, the kind of pain I have been dealing with for the past few months is debilitating. I am in pain 90% of the time. Prescription opioids do nothing. And while on my period, in addition to excruciating pain, I have to deal with dizziness, fever, nausea, and vomiting. Yes, it is tons of fun.
I need surgery, and it might end up being not the simplest one.
Regretfully, I have no private health insurance, and going public means I would have to wait 6–8 months.
My other option is to self-fund, and I have been quoted AUD $8,000.00. The procedure would be performed by a really good specialist.
6–8 months of pain and an unknown doctor vs 8k, 4 weeks’ wait, and a person I trust.
If you’re able to help, by donating or simply sharing this post, it would mean a lot.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
