Allen Cook passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 3rd. Allen leaves behind many friends and family members who are struggling with his sudden loss.

We have set up this memorial fund to help Allen's family cover his funeral costs. If you would like to contribute, all donations will do directly to his widow, Karen Cook, for the purpose of covering Allen's funeral expenses, including:

- Plot at Salt Lake City Cemetery
- Opening and Closing Fees
- Headstone
- Casket
- Memorial Service
