Approximately three years ago I started to develop material health issues. Although the diagnosis is ongoing, so far it includes neuromuscular disease, migraine headaches, severe anxiety, and depression. I am weak and frail, and very dependant on caregivers. Treatment has been unsuccessful. Especially difficult are evenings and mornings. I become progressively weaker as I sleep. By the time morning arrives I am nearly paralyzed and need caregiver help to get up and going. This is excruciating. My doctors do not know why. Without caregiver help I would have to call 911.
I am seeking funding for further medical evaluation with the goal of a viable treatment plan, caregiver fees, research and evaluate living options, pay existing medical and other bills.
My personal savings are depleted, and although I can do some work, the work projects are temporary and infrequent, and not nearly enough income to meet my expenses.

Update June 14 2025 This year I was admitted to the hospital twice followed by admission to two skilled nursing facilities. I was treated for multiple illnesses including Parkinson's, which did not help the symptoms, and is a. method to test for the disease. Further testing is being done.
I also underwent physical therapy,
which is limited by Medicare.
After spending 100 days in skilled nursing facilities I was discharged recently. I anticipate being eligible for publicly funded home caregivers in about 90 days. I am seeking funding for medical expenses and housing until that time.

July 25th update.
My new neurologist has me on a three month testing schedule. I filed application for publicly funded caregivers which will take two months, and i am applying for senior housing
