Allen Boer Medical Fund

We appreciate the thoughts and prayers of those around us as we face the daunting road ahead in Allen Boer's recovery. As you may be aware, Allen Boer was assisting a motorcyclist who had crashed on the I-17 in north Phoenix early Monday morning when he, and other good samaritans who had stopped to assist, were struck by a white van. The collision has changed the lives of many including the families of the motorcyclist and a woman who had stopped, both died at the scene. Our deepest of sympathies to their families as they struggle with their loss. Allen and one of his co-workers also struck by the van survived and were taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries. We do not yet know the course his recovery will take, however we are now 3 days in intensive care with no indication of a change soon.



We are truly blessed with an amazing family and we will pull through. Many have asked if they can help and we have set up this fund for those who would like to contribute. We are calling these men Humpty and Dumpty as truly each day we find more "pieces" which need to be fixed. One day however these two men will once again "sit on the wall" which in their case is one day getting do their annual camping trip -- "Happy Camp".



Our thoughts and prayers remain with those families of the two individuals who lost their love ones and our friends the DeMoss family as Cesar continues to fight in critical care. We know the biggest blessing is that Allen and his friend remain alive and continue to fight a battle one day at a time.
