My husband Allan had a stroke in his way to work on 28th March 2024. After 10 months in hospital he was discharged home in January and into the care of community rehab.

While it’s going well I believe for Allan to progress he needs more than the NHS alone can provide. (about 1 hour physio per week is what we are getting)

I would love to get Allan more private physical therapy and speech therapy (he cannot talk, type or write)

As you can imagine at £50+ per session it will soon add up. I also would like to look into funding a motorised wheelchair to give Allan more independence.

I will do whatever I can and I’m working hard and looking into other funding option but of course the more money I raise the more rehab we get.
