All William Wants For Christmas Is A New Heart

William Bayliss, now 4 years young,  was born with half a heart, the technical name is Hypo Plastic Left Hear.  In his short life he has endured multiple open heart procedures to help mend his heart,  but with CHD there is no cure just fixes and sometimes the fixes just are not enough. 

Unfortunately, Melissa and Beren (Williams parents), received, the news that no heart parents want to here, that the surgery that was supposed to take William into Adulthood was not successful and his body is not coping.  So tomorrow (Friday 4th December 2020), William, is scheduled for emergency surgery to have the changes made to his heart reversed in the hope that this gives William more time....more time in the hope that a heart will become available to save his life.

The feeling of sheer helplessness and grief is something no parent should ever have to go through. There is nothing that we can say that can take the pain away from Williams parents, there is not certainty or clear mapped out future.  However, I do believe in the power of people, and the coming together in times of extreme difficulty help support those in need best we can.  Right now is one of those times. This is why I've chosen to put this go fund me page together to help ease the financial burden so they can focus on just being with William and giving him all they can, including Williams 2 older sisters.

I asking each and everyone of you reading this right now to take 2 mins to help, it doesn't matter how small or big the contribution is about us all coming together to help Melissa and Beren focus on looking after William in a time that really, really counts.
