All together for Gabriel’s Heart

My name is Gabriel Vargas Vargas, I am 5 years old and I need us to join our hearts together. I have a congenital heart disease called Tricuspid and Pulmonary Atresia, and I already had two open-heart procedures: Blalock Taussig and Glenn Bidirectional.

Now I must have the last surgery called Fontan in Barcelona, Spain, to increase my oxygen saturation and thus have a better quality of life. With your help, this can be possible!
