All they need is their ticket!

Hi, I'm Kathie, a volunteer for The Cats Pyjamas Rescue Charity, a non profit organization that rescues sick and injured cats and kittens on the island of Crete.

This year has been a very difficult year, its been really hot and dry and the stray cats have struggled to raise healthy kittens and stay healthy themselves. We have been inundated with sick and injured adult cats, especially with serious eye infections resulting in them being blind. Blind cats cannot be returned to the wild so we look to rehoming them, mainly in the UK. We have also been flooded with orphaned and abandoned kittens when the mothers have died or been killed. Our vets bills have been huge!

Many kind souls here on the island have stepped up to rehome some of the kittens but unfortunately, the rest are still waiting for homes. We work in partnership with a rescue centre in Devon who help to foster and rehome our Cretan cats, but need your help to buy their tickets to get them there!
