We are celebrating 15 years of puppet satire and the ritual of healing through the ancient form of theater which is born from the collective ceremony of healing, magic, street performances, and protection through creative ritual. We are going through major changes as we adapt to Covid times, and the ongoing pressure of being anti-capitalistic papermache theater company who creates a platform for creative collaboration through relationships we make with other individuals, grassroots organizations, and artists.   We are beyond excited to announce a unique development between All the Saints and Earthfolk which is founded by All the Saints long time collaborators, Høly River.

Director, Lily Lamberta, has moved with their two children onto the land at EarthFolk .  And now( we are elated to announce) we plan to move the puppet barn to this space to have it’s forever home.  This is an amazing opportunity for the puppet barn to live in a creative community hub, on-site with its mommy puppeteer, so lily can continue to make art and thrive with production while also maintaining their children during these challenging times.  The plan is to clear (invasive trees and shrubs) to make space for the barn on a patch of adjoining land.  We will also have to purchase and spread a significant amount of gravel in this area to provide stable and long term foundation and parking area for community parking and workshops.

This will be the new forever home for the barn as the puppets are tired of moving and after 15 years of service to All the Saints, Lily seeks this stability and security to keep pushing through and do the community activism and collaborative work that they were born to do.   This project will cost money and in doing so we seek support.

This year we lost the Parade to the "Plague of Now" but it is imperative for the work of All the Saints and other creative grassroots collaborators to continue towards creative mutual aid, skill sharing, and social and environmental creative organizing now more than ever for our community's common good.  We have a decade and a half of service to Richmond, and it is in our plan to continue toward this new exciting chapter.

Please support the next generation of All the Saints Theater Company.  We at All the Saints send all the gratitude and prayers of protection for your family as we navigate the Pandemic.  We believe in insurrection, and as our Director is coming to realize, it is the role of the Phoenix that we all must embody to survive and hold on to whatever creative joy we can to show up for ourselves, our family, and our creative collaborations.
