Beloved People!
I would like to introduce you to my friends, Daniel and Valerie Graves. Daniel and Valerie, and their sons, Daniel lll - 2 years old, and Devyn - 7 months joined the generous and loving Fowlerville Village late in the summer of 2021, when they followed the dream of their lives, and purchased a local pizza shop, The Pizza Box. Like all small businesses surviving in the aftermath of 2020, they have faced down many challenges, and, in addition to those challenges, Daniel is one of the only two black business owners in Livingston County.
Then, on Thursday night, January 13, 2022, the home they owned burned to the ground. Thank God, nobody was injured in the fire. Even so, this tragedy shook the young family to their core as they lost most of their valuable possessions.
I am a person who knows exactly how it feels to have a dream, and to face yet one more obstacle that threatens to destroy that dream. I also remember every single person who has done so much to encourage and dream right alongside me.
I know that, together, we can help this young family overcome yet another challenge and continue building this dream. Together, we are so much stronger, and blessings will abound!
Will you please donate to help this precious family? Your heart will be so happy!
