This sweet, energetic, loving little boy is Hudson Barker.I have the pleasure to work with Hudson’s Dad, Kevin Barker.
On Thursday evening Kevin got a call from his beautiful wife Carling that every parent dreads. Hudson was sick and needed to be flown to Vancouver Children’s Hospital from Fort Saint John.
As Carling prepared for the lengthy battle ahead , Kevin had the to make the drive home to his family from camp.
Once home their long journey of wondering had only begun.
Hudson was flown to Vancouver as Kevin followed.
Once at the hospital, Hudson received many tests and a blood transfusion. The results are every parents nightmare. Sweet Hudson has been diagnosed with B- Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia ( ALL) for short.
This is now just the beginning of a long road of treatments, travel and heartache for this beautiful family.
Kevin is the sole income for the family as is wife Carling is a loving stay at home mom to Braxton , Sophie, Hudson and Henry.
Not only is love , thoughts and prayers needed at this time, expenses are going to accumulate and they need our help.
Please help this young beautiful family and sweet Hudson at this time of heartache and treatment.
