Hello my name is Lele Samms. I have cerebral palsy and adhd and over the past year I have been on an adventerous fitness journey meeting loads of amazing. I have learnt the importance of intertwined excerise for strength and recovery physically and mentally . Having a disability often makes me stand out especially in the fitness world but I want to be more than an inspiration for others and want to bring people together without competition but for self care and community encouragement from people from all walks of life . We are ALL IN!

In support of this I will be participating 5k race as a part of the RunThrough Solihull Half Marathon, 5k & Junior Race August 2025.
