Hi Friends! I (Adalynn’s aunt and Megan’s sister) have started this GoFundMe as many of you have reached out to ask how you can support Megan and Adalynn through their Leukemia journey.

Our sweet and sassy 7 year old, ADALYNN LOUISE, was recently diagnosed this April 2024 with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) B-Cell Leukemia. Her daily routines now consist of chemotherapy, spinal taps, bone marrow tests, blood tests, and a full schedule of oral and port medications at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Along with heartache and anxiety for the future, this diagnosis comes with a lot of expenses.

As treatment is intensive, Adalynn will be required to stay at the hospital for the first month or so full time. Megan will need to take FMLA/short term disability to stay at the hospital during this time as sick days are limited and they’ve already spent the past few weeks leading up to diagnosis in and out of hospitals. As treatment can last 2 + years and her immune system will be severely compromised during and after, it is unknown whether or not Adalynn will be able to return to school even after the intense first phase of treatment.

Funds will help support the treatment at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, family bills, food, and travel to and from the hospital as it is an hour away.

All things considered, Adalynn is in good spirits and is a strong little girl! She is ready for this fight and will kick cancer’s a$$!
