Dear World,

We are the School of Artabán, the first Waldorf center in Spain dedicated to integrating children with and without disabilities in shared classrooms.

What began 20 years ago with just eight children has grown into a vibrant educational community. Today, we serve students in both general and special education from first to sixth grade, and continue offering our special education program at the high school level.

At the heart of Artabán is a powerful belief: every child—regardless of ability—deserves a place to learn, grow, and belong. Our classrooms are living examples of what’s possible when inclusion is prioritized. Children of all capacities learn side by side—forming friendships, building empathy, and growing together. We don’t separate children based on disability. Instead, we walk together, honoring each child’s unique path and potential.

The essence of Artabán offers more than just an alternative education—it’s a dream come true for families seeking a place where their child is genuinely seen, heard, and valued.



Leading and sustaining a school while staying true to our mission is no small task. Unexpected expenses can quickly deplete the school’s financial resilience, creating uncertainty about our future.
