On Friday afternoon February 28, I was filming a full set for my friend over at Pirate Studios in LA, I had a rental car as well for the weekend. That same night I decided to go see my good friend perform a set in Boyle Heights, I didn’t have anywhere else to leave my bag and thought to myself since I’m only gone for an hour nothing will happen and unfortunately I was wrong. Around 2am now March 1st, I had an airtag on my backpack and I saw it moving far from my location, I immediately left the building and rushed to my car where I saw the back right window completely broken. I rushed to the location of where my airtag marked and waited for police to help me but they did not want to come and check the area/home. They said I would have to file a police report and even then, they wouldn’t be able to come and retrieve my backpack unless I was robbed at gunpoint and saw who this person was. This is my entire life, it’s what I use to make money to pay for my rent bills, everything. Listing the items I had in my bag below.
- Sony A7siii 3
- Sony Batteries

All of this here is my entire life, I worked so hard for everything I own and it’s now all gone. Without any of this gear I can’t work the shows I’m booked for and make money to pay my rent, my bills, everything.
I've spoken with the police on how I can go about this, but unfortunately, they are no help and are telling me they can't do anything about it since I was not robbed at gunpoint.
The total amount was a little over $10k but that is the goal I am setting. Every donation counts and it is truly appreciated. Please help me recover from this loss so I can continue working. Thank you all for all of your support.
