Our family is asking for support during an unimaginable time for our cousin, daughter, and dear sister Alize.

On January 1st at approximately 4:30 a.m., at the start of the New Year 2026, Alize was hit by a car while she was outside of her own vehicle on the shoulder of I-45 near Cross Timbers in Houston. She was first struck by one vehicle that did not stop or pull over, and then run over by a second vehicle that also failed to stop. At this time, no witnesses or information about the vehicles involved have come forward.

Alize has just graduated high school and was stepping into a new chapter of her life full of hope, plans, and dreams. She is truly a light in our family kind, strong, and full of love, and none of us could have imagined facing something like this.

This GoFundMe has been created to help cover medical expenses, including emergency care, ongoing treatment, and recovery costs. Alize is in critical condition and facing a long road of recovery. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help ease the financial burden on Alize and her family as they focus on her healing.
