I'm Alix Eve, trans nb looking for a final bit of help to cover the last few costs of my gender affirming surgery that's booked in (feeling so grateful to be booked!) for September 23rd 2026.

Breakdown of my final costs:

£200 towards fees of private surgery

£500 for accommodation

£225 for travel costs

£75 for per diem for me and my carer to use on food/meals
