Hi my name is Deirdre and I am fundraising for my family. My daughter was in a serious car wreck where she hydroplaned on a 2 lane highway and hit a tree going 55 mph. She had a dislocated hip with a small fracture. Multiple fractures in her right foot and multiple dislocations in the same foot. She had a concussion and multiple cuts and bruises all over her body along with one that was from a foreign steal object that stabbed her shin nearly missing her bone.

She spent 3 days in the hospital along with an ambulance ride that was over an hour long. She has had one surgery to her foot and will have another soon. She is on hip restrictions and is immobilized most of the day.

This accident happened on a day she was recognized for being on A honor roll in her junior year of highschool, she left school to head to her job that she works 30 hours a week. She will not be able to return to school for several weeks maybe months or work and the most devastating of all Softball where she was the varsity starting Catcher this season.

With all this there is a lot of bills and equipment we need to help make her comfortable. She will have to replace her car along with everything else. So any help at all would be greatly appreciated. She is a kind loving spirited girl who loves life and is usually always on the move. This is a huge adjustment for her to be so restrained and unable to move. Any funds that we raise here would go to medical bills, equipment to help her be comfortable, and a new car for her to get to work and school when she is ready.
