Alivia Green Brain Tumor Fund

I am starting this fundraiser to help my sister Jessica, who is a single mother of 4 beautiful girls.  Her 9 year old daughter, Alivia, had a seizure on Sunday 5/27/18, once they got her to the hospital a CT scan showed that she had a tumor the size of a grapefruit in her left frontal lobe.  She had to be airlifted by Angel 1 to Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock where she was placed in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).  After further tests, they found that the tumor was so large that it had eroded a hole in the side of her skull and separated the cranial sutures.  On Tuesday 5/29/18, she had surgery to remove the tumor and repair the damage.  The surgeon said it was the largest tumor he has ever removed from the brain of a child.  She is currently still in Arkansas Children’s Hosptial with hopes of not having to stay too long, but this will all depend on the healing progress and pathology results.  A complete treatment plan won’t be finalized until after pathology reports on what kind of tumor was removed.
