UPDATE

Hi folks! I was given a call this morning by the clinic to tell me that the anesthesiologist team has rejected my case for surgery to due to their issues with my BMI. I am currently writing and sending an appeal to them to reconsider, which will hopefully work. But as of now, my all clear for surgery has been revoked. I will keep you all posted on whether that changes. Hopefully I will either get the all clear again, or I will have to find another clinic. Will keep you updated either way. Mabuhay everyone! My name is Adrian, and I'm a trans and bisexual Filipino man.

I plan on getting top surgery in the Fall or Winter of 2025. My goal is to raise enough money for the deposit by June this year. This is the first campaign of two, the second will be an attempt to crowdfund the rest of my top surgery cost.

I realized I was transgender in the summer of 2017. With the help of my loving friends and community, I have made incredible strides towards my social and physical transition. I have been on testosterone for a few years, my name change forms are being processed as we speak, and my gender marker has officially been changed. I've long dreamed about having a flat chest, which would help me feel more comfortable and happier in my body.

It truly is a life-changing surgery because it pushes me closer to the person I have always been. Since the clinics have given me the go-ahead, all that is standing in my way is the cost.

Anything helps bring me closer to paying for the deposit - even $35 helps cover the cost of gas to the hospital.
