Help Alisha and Orion rebuild after tragic fire
Donation protected
Friends, family, and extended community
Two days ago our beloved Alisha and her beautiful 7 year old son Orion lost their family home, farm, all of their material assets and source of income to the devastating Klamath river fire.
For those of you who don’t know, Alisha is an awesome, loving, hard working soul, a single mom who has extended a helping hand to several members of her community. Ten years ago she lost her mother and dedicated herself to following through on her mother’s wishes to own a home and worked and saved diligently to do so. She acquired her home near the river, built a farm on it, and worked tirelessly on it to sustain her family.
Unfortunately everything that Alisha poured her heart and soul into building for herself and her son was taken from her by the fire. Alisha has expressed that she did not insure the house for a situation like this and is deeply regretful but determined to build anew better than ever before.
This makes Alisha’s situation doubly hard, as she is truly starting from zero again. As you can imagine she is grieving heavily and relying on faith and her community to hold her up during this seemingly impossible time.
If you can find it in your heart, whether you know Alisha or not, to donate to a hardworking, honest family looking to get back on their feet after this tragic life event your support would mean everything to them.
Thank you for reading Alisha’s story and considering becoming apart of her growing community of support. The world is a better place when we can all help each other. Peace and love to all.
