Alisa’s Medical Expenses

“It’s not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving” - Mother Teresa

Hi everyone, my name is Monica and I would like to ask all friends, family, acquaintances and more for your help.

On Thursday February 23, 2023 Alisa Var was admitted into the hospital. As many of you know she has a baby boy on the way, and originally was to give birth on April 19, 2023. What was to be a normal routine check up ending up being news we did not want to hear.

In the ultrasound they found several unusual cords coming out of main umbilical cord and can’t explain why. They’re trying to reach out to other fetal experts to see if anyone has an explanation of what it is and what needs to happen.

They were having a hard time finding the connection point for the main umbilical cord because there was so much going on with these extra vessels. So they’re concerned that as the baby is growing one of these vessels will rupture and she will bleed out and ultimately die. It’s also going through the amniotic fluid so it’s high risk for both her and baby. As of right now baby is healthy and they have monitors on her for his heartbeat.
Most likely will have to get the baby out of her sooner but they’re trying to hold him in to at least 34 weeks. The baby’s heart beat has been abnormally high and so far there hasn’t been any major issues but they will be in there for quite some time. So while they are in there I ask if you to keep them in your prayers.

One thing this world will never have enough of is love. There could always be more given especially considering the pain and turmoil individuals are experiencing on a daily basis and for as long as I’ve known her all she provided was genuine care to everyone around her. She is a resilient woman, hardworking, a loving wife and an amazing friend. My heart hurts for her and her husband because ultimately if something were to happen it could be a choice between her and the baby or the both of them. I pray that choice does not need to be made.

She is the glue to her family and the big sister everyone goes to. If you have ever met her you won’t forget the impact she makes on your life because her kindness radiates any room.

Thank you everyone for reading this till the very end. Medical expenses will be substantially high due to their long stay and surgical operations. I ask that if you cannot make a financial contribution please send this link and share. Any amount helps and we love and thank you for you guys support.

xoxo - Monica, Alisa , Seyha and baby Kaison Parker Var.
