Alisa Brahm (Lingwall) - Medical

Friday August 4th started like any other Friday - Alisa was home with her two beautiful babies and anticipating a fun-filled day. At some point during the day, this drastically changed. Alisa sufferred a stroke at home on Friday and was airlifted to Rochester, MN where she is being cared for by some of the best clinicians in the nation.  She has undergone emergency craniotomy surgery to relieve pressure from brain swelling, and is fighting to stay with us until the swelling starts to subside. 

She was able to hold her sweet 12-week old baby Finley for a couple of hours on Sunday, and we could tell how much it meant to both of them. We also see a lot of positive response from Alisa when she hears her 2 year old boy Hunter's voice. 

As Alisa fights for her life, and fights to begin her road to recovery, her family remains positive and is focused on keeping her motivated and on the right track.  The goal of this campaign is to allow Matt and the rest of Alisa's family to stay focused on helping her, and not worrying about the enormous medical costs that we all know are mounting.
