At just 28 years old, our friend and valued work colleague Alison was diagnosed with locally advanced breast cancer in January of this year. From then to now, Ali has battled through chemotherapy, radical surgery, radiation and will require ongoing chemo treatment until mid 2023. Ali has shown incredible resilience and has influenced so many of her friends and family along the way. So far, her journey has involved both physical and mental challenges, in which Ali has shown incredible strength throughout.

This October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and our goal at Regenerate is to raise awareness for a condition that affects millions of lives worldwide. As a team of allied health professionals, we would like to recognise the challenge faced by the diagnosed individuals, their families and loved ones, especially for our fellow team member Alison.

Join us at Regenerate Gym and get involved in our Push-Up Challenge this month! The great thing about this challenge is that it’s adaptable to any age or fitness level.

All funds raised will go further towards helping Ali with the costs associated with ongoing treatment. For every $20 raised, you will receive an entry into our gym prize pool which includes 3-month gym memberships, PT session packs and shopping vouchers.
