It is with great sadness and disbelief that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Alireza "Ali" Hemmati on 7/5/2020 because of COVID-19.
Ali was admitted to the hospital due to complications from COVID-19. He fought hard for several days on a ventilation system to come back to his family but his life took an unexpected turn leaving his family and friends shattered.
Ali leaves behind his wife Roksana and daughter Bahar. His family is devestated by the sudden and unexpected passing of their amazing husband and father. Ali was a very special person with a huge heart. He worked at the WTP jobsite as a Senior Electrical Field Engineer, where he touched so many lives in a positive way.
He lived his life with passion, commitment, enthusiasm, and would light up any room with kind words and the way he treated people. With all the emotional pain and stress that a death brings, it also brings financial burdens. This fund is established to cover the funeral expenses and to assist the family with any additional help in the coming days.
