Paul found the love of his life while working in Atlanta, that love was none other than the beautiful Aline. Paul and Aline were living up their first year of marriage, which was nothing short of wonderful, including amazing travel experiences, planning their future together, and always having fun no matter what they were doing. All of that came to a sudden halt when an unfortunate health circumstance arose for Aline. She went to consult a physician after having abdominal pain, to find out that she had stage 3C Ovarian Cancer. Aline underwent an extensive surgery for more than five hours to remove a large tumor. She then fought through six chemotherapy treatments throughout the Spring of 2019 and came out in great spirits.
Soon after returning to the Valley to be closer to family and friends, it was discovered once again in December of 2019 that Aline was having reoccurring pain, which was caused by another bout of cancer in her abdomen where 5 new tumors were found.
In early February, Aline endured a second extensive and lengthy surgery and hospital stay. Aline is now preparing to go through another round of treatment starting next week, and they are hopeful that there will be a clear end in sight to what has been a disheartening and grueling year for both Aline, Paul, and all of their family and friends.
Please help us in helping Aline fight this battle. They are not the type who would ever ask for help or any handouts from anyone, however they are the most deserving of it. No matter how big or small, any contribution will be greatly appreciated by this family who has already had to go through so much at such a young age. No one should have to go through this alone, so please let us help Aline to focus on her health and only her health during this difficult time.
