Alika and her family are truly one of the most giving,thoughtful and loving families you could meet. Alika had just turned 2 when the Doctors discovered a golf sized tumor in her brain.
She has fought with dignity, grace and a smile always on her face.Last year she organized a toy drive at her school to collect toys to donate to the kids at the hospital where she had been treated.
Last week she announced to her class that her Tumor was back and she would be having her 4th Brain Surgery on Sept 16th.
Last year she was featured in the Subaru commercial of the kid dressing up as Santa and Alika handing out gifts to the patients.This truly reflects her character and attitude.
She is loved by her whole community and all of her classmates. Anyone who is lucky enough to know her and her family is feels so lucky.
She became a big sister for the 4th time two months ago.she is the best big sister ever.
Leah and Justin(her parents) welcomed a beautiful son with Down's syndrome.
