Help Our Classmate and Friend Get Back on Her Feet After Losing Her Husband to Pancreatic Cancer
About Alicia - Alicia Estigoy Bell is a 1990 graduate of Northville High School and good friend to many of us through the years. Today she is living in OneKama Michigan, where she moved with her husband, Kelly Bell (due to the unfortunate loss of their home in Northville).
Caregiver and Wife - Alicia's husband, Kelly, was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer about 5 years ago. Alicia and Kelly lost almost everything they own trying to cover medical expenses to fight his cancer. As a direct result of his illness, the mortgage company had to foreclose on Alicia and Kelly's home in Northville that they worked so hard to purchase. Alicia and Kelly were forced to relocate closer to relatives who could help them. Alicia left her full-time job to be a caregiver for Kelly and she continued to work part-time in lower-paying jobs.
Kelly lost his battle with cancer on September 9th, 2016.

Our Goal: Alicia needs our help. We are reaching out to Northville classmates, friends, and those in our surrounding community to help raise $8,500 to get Alicia back to the Detroit Metro Area and get back on her feet as she rebuilds and starts back into the workforce.
