Sorry it’s taken a minute to update Yayas fundraiser. We have finally gotten a lot of the finer details taken care of and have an aggressive goal to reach. Overall the cost of the headstone is double what we are raising through this platform, so anything extra is appreciated

My goal is to have her headstone details finalized by the end of August 2025 that way we can have her headstone completed and placed at her grave in time for what would have been her 21st birthday in March 2026. (Originally I was quoted 2-3 years for completion of the stone)

I will also be hosting a BBQ Plate Benefit on Aug 16, 2025 to assist with fundraising efforts. *details will be posted by the end of this week!

This fundraiser will help towards the cost of the headstone and birthday memorial for Alicia.

For those of you who don’t know me, my beautiful daughter Alicia Sanchez passed away unexpectedly on Nov 3, 2024. She was 19 years old.

I would love to be able to have a headstone placed by her birthday in March. As well as celebrating her life while doing so. All funds will be used for this purpose.

I will also be working on organizing a benefit plate fundraiser to assist in raising money towards the overall cost of the headstone.
